I am a Michelin-trained chef and hospitality consultant based in Amsterdam. Most recently, I was Sous Chef and head of food & beverage procurement for Sir Richard Branson’s luxury resorts and personal home, Necker Island/Moskito Island.

As founder of PG's Hospitality, I have rolled out brand-new restaurants, streamlined the operations of award-winning kitchens, and leveled up the culinary reputation of pubs, hotels, and resorts. I combine my deep knowledge of sustainability, my career training in luxury dining and my honed skills in business management to deliver impeccable experiences that suit the bottom-line.
